Aradhya is an endorser of a better world. He has worked with the Government of India as a public servant towards universalising social security in India. Aradhya has also involved himself in the edu-tech space to transform and digitise the delivery of content pan-India and helped small and medium firms attain their business goals. Among other individual initiatives, he has promoted plantation drives and campaigns towards a greener world. An ardent reader, he finds solace in creative writing especially poems and short stories, that impact our sociological reality. He enjoys running marathons and mentoring the younger demographic to make the most out of their careers. Aradhya has a keen interest in economics, policymaking, strategy and management and aims to pursue a doctoral degree to guide future changemakers in the industry, but most importantly be a changemaker. The multidisciplinary approach and the opportunity to learn from erudite professors at the Fellowship would act as the stepping stone towards fulfilling his aspirations.
