Asambhava’s professional journey post her undergraduate degree started as a Security Risk Engineer with Deloitte. Her interests in the Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) space led to exploratory stints with projects in the Learning & Development space, including curating and spearheading an award-winning skill and communication program named Deloitte’s Wheel of WOW for kids aged between 8-14 years. She transitioned to a Strategy and Experience role at the learning centre of Deloitte named Deloitte University where her portfolios included Sustainability, Inclusion and Innovation. Asambhava is the founder of her passion project named Zaikaana where she travels to capture video stories of people and their unique journeys of impact. She writes occasionally for journals, narrates stories and loves driving.
