Ashish Gupta is the founder and CEO of Benori Knowledge Solutions, a fast-emerging knowledge services firm based in Gurgaon, India. He is also a founder-partner of Benori Ventures LLP, an investment firm which focuses on mentoring upcoming start-ups and entrepreneurs.
Previously, Ashish was at Evalueserve, where he was Global COO, BU Head, Financial Services, and Chair of Innovation Council. Prior to joining Evalueserve in 2000, he worked at McKinsey & Company as a core member of the firm’s Delhi e-commerce practice.
Besides being a highly respected leader in the knowledge services industry, Ashish serves on the advisory boards of multiple venture funds, organisations, and associations, including The IndUS Entrepreneurs (TiE), Delhi. He is also a founder and trustee at Plaksha University. He was recognised as the Best Young Entrepreneur award by Planman Media in 2009. He was also the winner of the NASSCOM IT Innovation award 2007 for an innovative business model.
Ashish holds a BTech in mechanical engineering from IIT Delhi, and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. He has also done a senior executive leadership program from Harvard Business School.
