Ashish is from a small village called Kumathe, in Maharashtra. After graduation, he worked with an MNC for two years. But he wasn’t content with what he was doing and wanted to do more. Therefore, he quit his job and started preparing for UPSC civil services. During the preparation, he increasingly became fond of multidisciplinary studies and liberal arts. And, that’s why he decided to join the Young India Fellowship (YIF). He is a follower of Mahatma Gandhi and believes in the saying “Be the change you wish to see in the world”. The key values that determine his personality are integrity, hard work, passion and continuous learning. He loves learning new things and tries to excel in all his endeavours. He believes that YIF will be the perfect platform for him, owing to their wholesome pedagogy, enriching environment and fellows coming from diverse fields.
