Ashmita graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Christ University, Bangalore. Volunteering at a rehabilitation centre, fundraising for a children’s home and interning at Fortis Hospital were the highlights of her undergraduate degree. A fashion enthusiast, her thesis was based on the concept of enclothed cognition. She is currently working in market research within the FMCG sector and has worked with clients like Mondelez, Reckitt Benckiser and Unilever. Ashmita enjoys dancing, painting and Korean pop culture. She spends her weekends admiring art installations and café hopping. She hopes YIF will guide her towards an Organizational and Business Psychology career.
