Atin Kukreja is a leading investment banker, with a career spanning over 25 years, across various locations in the Asia Pacific region. In 2011, Atin established his own independent corporate finance advisory firm, Rippledot Capital. His firm has since become the adviser of choice to the top global as well as leading regional mid-market private equity firms and MNCs.
Rippledot has successfully advised on more than 40 M&A and capital raising transactions with a combined transaction value of more than USD10 billion. The firm is now widely regarded as one of the top M&A advisory firms in Southeast Asia and was named the ‘Best Investment Bank for the Venture Capital and Private Equity Industry’ by the SVCA in 2013. Prior to establishing Rippledot Capital, Atin was a Senior Managing Director and Asia Head for TMT banking at Macquarie group.
Atin holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and an MBA from University of Otago, New Zealand.
