Bala is a graduate in Electronics and Communications Engineering. After post-graduation, she worked as a Business Analyst in a startup. She wanted to move out of her comfort zone and thus she quit her job and went in search of her passion and found Balsu’s Success Academy, a training institute for CAT, GATE, and CLAT in Madurai served her knowledge well. She started her journey as an Academic counselor and slowly she overtook many responsibilities in the Academy. She initiated the Digital Marketing department and also developed the organisation into a “process-oriented” one. She is a part of the Madurai Business Group and Digital as EMCEE. She teaches over 200 students in the Academy.
Her hobbies include Carnatic singing. She loves reading and her favourite book is – “The New One Minute Manager”. She is a Youtuber, Google Local Guide, and writer in Quora. She has close to 2000+ academicians and business people in her contact. One fun fact about her is, she is obsessed with the F.R.I.E.N.D.S series and has watched it over 12 times. She chose the Young India Fellowship over an IIM offer to inculcate the diverse thinking capability in her.
