Benna Fathima K

Benna Fathima K. received her Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Sociology from Delhi School of Economics and Hindu College, University of Delhi respectively. Her current research interests include Anthropology of death, grief and religion. Her work explores the ways of living, dying and grieving in the islands of Lakshadweep. Before joining the Department of Sociology and Anthropology at Ashoka University, she worked at the Kerala State Planning Board as a research intern.
