After working with Aon as an Actuarial Analyst for 3 years, Chhavi realized that she missed a sense of satisfaction. Feeling that she was not adding value in the right manner, she took a leap of faith and quit her job to join Udhyam Learning Foundation, an NGO working towards building entrepreneurial mindsets. Udhyam provided her with meaningful opportunities to learn and grow. She realized her love for moderating learning spaces by designing and facilitating multiple entrepreneurial transformational sessions.
It bothers her that the current education system doesn’t inspire students to discover and nurture their element. She aspires to change this at a grassroot level. To channelize her emotions, she draws Mandalas and does hand-lettering. People find her energy and cheerfulness to be contagious.
