Dimple is an individual of restless nature, has an exploring attitude towards life and appreciates novelty. At 18-years of age, she worked with a magazine named ‘Backbenchers’. This opened a whole new world for her. Her journey as a columnist changed her perspective towards life in general. It was a turning point in her career when she decided to pursue humanities and carve a niche for herself in the world of academics. In the long run, she aspires to be a researcher/academician and make her knowledge inclusive in the field she enters. She believes that the Young India Fellowship will unlock the possibility lying in her area of interest and seeks to develop an interdisciplinary approach to understand the world around at large. She is indeed determined to follow her heart and believes that a willful heart and faith can overcome anything. The weird thing about her is the ability to remember phone numbers! Also she is more of an observer and a listener. In her meantime, she is often found reading, binge watching and munching on khakhra!
