She holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from Jawaharlal Nehru University and a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from the University of Delhi. She brings over seven years of experience in project and program management across the social impact and corporate sectors.
Before joining Ashoka, Disha worked with Bound, Aaina India, and BluEnt E-Solutions. Her experience includes launching e-commerce brands, leading cross-functional teams, and managing employability programs across multiple states in collaboration with subject matter experts.
Across her roles, she has led distributed teams and delivered complex programs spanning content, design, web development, marketing, and learning initiatives.
Outside of work, Disha enjoys journaling, dancing, and discovering films with great music.
