She believes in solutions and not arguments. She aspires to dwell in the field of corporate strategy for evolving sustainable and equitable models centred around human resource development. YIF will arm her with the requisite skills to develop an exploratory and analytical mindset which is the bedrock of innovation and being an agent of change and progress.
