Ashoka University

Harshit Godha leads campus hiring outreach for the BFSI and consulting verticals at Ashoka University’s Career Development Office, building and deepening corporate relationships that connect students with recruiters in these sectors. He works closely with recruiting teams to understand hiring needs, position Ashoka’s talent pool, and run the engagement that turns into internships and placements.

Harshit brings over 15 years of experience spanning higher education, edtech, supply chain technology, and early-stage ventures to this work. He also leads AshokaX, the university’s executive education vertical, and has served as Chief of Staff to university leadership on institutional strategy and governance. Before joining Ashoka, he founded and ran an edtech company serving tens of thousands of students, raised angel investment, and managed the full P&L; earlier, he led business units with large teams and revenue portfolios, launched companies into international markets across APAC and the Middle East, and co-founded an IoT startup that earned global recognition.
That range gives him equal comfort in the boardroom, the classroom, and the recruiter’s inbox — and a practical sense of what BFSI and consulting employers are actually looking for in campus hires.
