Hemansi is a dedicated professional with a Ph.D. in Microbiology, currently working as a Manager, Research Infrastructure at Ashoka University’s Research and Development Office. With a strong academic background and extensive experience in the field, she has taken on a pivotal role where she is responsible for overseeing and managing the infrastructure, resources, and operations within science labs and social sciences and humanities (View Facility https://d1b5fx1reua6f1.cloudfront.net/wp-content/uploads/2023/10/Final-RI-document-16-10-23.pdf ). The key responsibilities are ensuring regulatory adherence, fostering collaborations with companies, dealers and vendors, managing emergency responses to ensure safety and enhancing research outcomes.
During her Ph.D., she received the Bioenergy Award for cutting-edge research (B-ACER) from the Indo-US Science and Technology Forum, which enabled her to work in the United States at University of Georgia, as a visiting scientist.
