Hita is an avid reader and an ardent animal lover. Her poetry is her pièce de résistance and outside of untitled word files on a cluttered desktop, her work features on platforms like Spill Poetry. She spends most weekends attending events, writing, hanging out with her cat, and volunteering at animal shelters. She occasionally dips back into her older interests by participating in debates and chairing Model-UN conferences in the Bangalore circuit where she is known for her diplomacy, composed leadership, and detail-oriented research. She looks forward to the YIF as it holds the promise of multidisciplinary exploration where all her interests can intertwine and help foster growth in both the personal and professional spheres.
