Isha loves the unconventional, which led to a year spent exploring research, marketing and filmmaking. Fascinated by people and cultures, she is always eager to learn through new and myriad mediums ranging from behavioural sciences and films to discourse or even the sheer joys of reality TV. Her friends accuse her of being too logical, and her mother accuses her of being too rebellious. Her predominant enquiry has always been how to improve systems to make them equitable, be it through a study in economic policy, social impact investing or socially conscious films. At YIF, she hopes to explore all three of these through multiple lenses to unearth deeper perspectives, learnings, friendships, growth and, by extension, herself.
