Keshav Murugesh is the Group CEO and a member of the board of directors of WNS Global, a leading business process management company. WNS has over 59,000 employees, USD 1.2 billion+ in annual revenue and presence across 16 countries.

He was formerly the Chairperson of Nasscom, and has chaired the Nasscom BPM Council for consecutive terms. Keshav also brought Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE), now Enactus, to India, and as its Chairperson for six years, built an incredible connect between student communities and businesses. He is an active angel investor for technology start-ups in India. Keshav is also a board member of the WNS Cares Foundation (WCF) that focuses on education and empowerment of lesser privileged children in WNS locations, globally.


Shamini Murugesh is the Co-founder and Honorary Chief Mentor of WCF and Creator, CyberSmart. She conceptualised and executed the vision that benefits marginalised children in 13 countries globally. WCF has touched the lives of one million children globally through innovative, impactful, education-led programmes and initiatives.

During the pandemic, WCF introduced CyberSmart, a holistic cyber safety learning ecosystem, for teachers, students, volunteers and parents. This initiative has already empowered more than 4.5 million learners. Shamini also founded S’Prayas in 2006, that positively impacted over 5,000 lesser privileged students across Mumbai, Pune and Chennai.

Keshav and Shamini also run a family foundation – KSMT Foundation. KSMT partnered with Akshaya Patra Foundation to set up their first community kitchen in Chennai. They are also one of the founding members of the Museum of Art and Photography, Bengaluru – one of the first digital art and photography museums in India.
