Kushe Bahl is a business leader and advisor with extensive experience in digital transformation, analytics, and artificial intelligence. He spent nearly three decades with McKinsey & Company, including approximately 20 years as a Partner, where he helped build and lead the firm’s Digital, Analytics, and AI work in India, advising organisations across sectors on technology-led growth and transformation.

An alumnus of IIT Delhi and IIM Ahmedabad, Kushe brings an interdisciplinary background in engineering and management, with extensive experience at the intersection of business and technology. He is actively engaged with academia and leadership development, including guest lectures at IIM Ahmedabad and a fireside conversation with students at Ashoka University on the impact and opportunities of AI.

He speaks and writes on AI, digital transformation, and business growth, with a particular focus on how organisations can use AI not only to improve efficiency but also to drive innovation, growth, and value creation.
