Kusum Kumari

Kusum is from Jharkhand. While growing up, she experienced inequality in gender. She started playing football to break free from societal pressure and has represented India a few times abroad. She has coached young girls and students at Krea University in football. She graduated with a major in Social Studies. She believes society can only function well when people know about social justice and how integral it is for social work. She hopes that YIF expands her knowledge on the subject.
