Born in the United States, Lekha moved to the city of Hyderabad at the age of 10. Living in India allowed her to see a different side to the existing realities of the world as well as embrace the collectivistic culture embodied by the country. Through her schooling, she discovered an innate interest for studying human behaviour and functioning, which drove her to explore humanities studies. Whilst undergoing her liberal arts education, she chose to major in Economics and minor in Psychology. During this time she evolved her leadership skills by being the president of the dance club and the managing head of hospitality in her college fest. She hopes to integrate her passion for management and social exploration.
