Lulu Raghavan is the President for APAC and Managing Director for Singapore and India at Landor. She works closely with the market leaders and their teams across the APAC region to drive business growth.
Lulu has spent over 23 years at Landor – across offices in San Francisco, New York, London and Mumbai. She set up Landor in India in 2008 and has grown it to be India’s largest and most reputed brand and design consultancy. She is credited with leading large brand transformation programmes for clients such as Tata Group, Mahindra Group, Aditya Birla Group, Axis Bank, National Stock Exchange, to name a few.
Lulu has received several awards including Campaign India Mentor of the Year 2023, Campaign Indian Woman Shaping Change 2023, IMPACT Top 50 Women in Media, Marketing and Advertising (2o23, 2019, 2015). She is a strong advocate of women in leadership and actively mentors younger women in her free time. She also teaches frequently at various business schools on branding. She serves as Trustee for Dignity Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to the wellbeing of senior citizens in India.
She holds a BA in Economics and Applied Math from Davidson College in the US and an MBA in International Business and Marketing from SP Jain Institute of Management and Research in India.
Harsha Raghavan is Managing Partner at Convergent Finance. Previously, he founded Fairfax’s investment activities in India as CEO of Fairbridge Capital and Director of Fairfax India, managing the responsibility of all capital allocation decisions in India.
Harsha has over 28 years of investment experience across the US, Europe and India – with a wide network of relationships across corporate groups, banks and government. He is especially renowned for his ability to transform businesses. Notably, he directed Thomas Cook’s acquisition of 26 businesses globally and served as the Interim CEO of Bangalore International Airport to oversee major capex programmes.
Harsha currently serves as the Chairman of the Boards of Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals, Agilitas Sports and Just Udo Aviation, and as a member of the Boards of Camlin Fine Sciences and Onward Technologies.
He hold a BA in Computer Science and Economics from UC Berkeley and a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University. Harsha received his MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
