Manan is a non-conformist who aspires to an academic career in economics. He believes in the virtue of patience and perseverance and enjoys travelling, food, and music. For him, experiences, no matter good or bad, are fundamental elements of his growth and learning. He is passionate about social welfare and has indulged in broad fields of education, healthcare and farmer welfare. Sports, especially Badminton, carry a special place in his life. He is always striving to maintain a balance between academics and sports. At YIF, he hopes to explore various subjects in combination with economics, find his own unique research idea to pursue during his PhD, and explore social impact consulting under the experiential learning module.
