Manisha Satyarthi

Manisha has a Bachelor’s in Science (Biotechnology), a Master’s in Science (Molecular Biology and Human Genetics), and a PG Diploma in Development Communication from Jiwaji University and Jamia Millia Islamia University. She has previously worked with Avanti Fellows, Byju’s, Unacademy, Vedantu, Avanti Learning Centre, and Gandhi Fellowship. In her role as a Gandhi fellow, she collaborated with rural government upper primary schools in Nawalgarh, focusing on enhancing leadership, student engagement, and community involvement.

Notably, she played a pivotal role in formulating a collaborative project aiming to improve learning levels among 9th-grade students. Furthermore, Manisha designed and conducted several ‘capacity building workshops’ benefiting numerous teachers and students. During her tenure as a Zonal Academic Head at Byju’s, she significantly impacted the learning of numerous students in Karnataka.

Apart from professional pursuits, Manisha loves masala chai, gardening, theatre, folk dance and riding bikes.

Currently, she is working as a Manager, Operations and Partnerships for Lodha Genius Programme where she is responsible for managing the stakeholder relationships with our NGO partners, overall operations for academic aspects, administrative, logistic as well as inter-departmental collaborations at Ashoka University.
