Ashoka University

Medhavi Bose is the Deputy Manager at the Office of Learning Support (OLS) at Ashoka University. In this role, she leads the College Readiness Program, a pioneering initiative by the Office dedicated to supporting high school students with disabilities in their transition to higher education. She also coordinates with stakeholders across India to organize conferences and webinars that focus on advancing inclusive higher education.

Prior to her work with OLS, Medhavi guided college students and young adults with their academic goals and in pursuing internships. She later collaborated with educators and psychologists to develop a socio-emotional learning curriculum tailored for neurodiverse children. Her passion for this field stems from a deep understanding of the challenges students face as they navigate the transitions from high school to college and from college to the workforce. She is committed to enhancing the overall well-being of the youth population and supporting them through various life transitions.

Medhavi holds a Master’s degree in Youth Studies from Utrecht University (2022), a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from SNDT Women’s University in Pune, and a BA (Hons) in Psychology from Ambedkar University Delhi.
