Professor Saeedimehr earned his PhD at Tarbiat Modares University (Tehran) in 2000. He also studied and taught for many years at Islamic seminaries in Iran. His main interests include Islamic philosophy and theology, philosophy of religion, metaphysics, epistemology and philosophy of mind.
During the recent twenty years, he has supervised many MA and PhD theses and dissertations. As a visiting professor, he teaches philosophy of religion and philosophy of mind at Ashoka University.
