Apart from holding top positions at various societies in her college, Nadiya was appointed as the student editor of the college magazine, ‘Lala Rukh’, for three years in a row. Born and brought up in Kashmir, she has worked across verticals like policy, gender, etc. By the end of the week, she could be found sipping tea in the lap of the magnificent mountain ranges of Kashmir or reading works of Sufi mystic poets on a shikara ride in the Dal. With YIF’s holistic and Socratic teaching model, she can learn about various subjects that can help broaden her perception and understanding of life. At YIF, she wishes to form meaningful relations with industry experts, mentors, who can help her streamline her career aspirations better.
