Certified Designing Your Life Educator, Facilitator and Coach (Stanford Life Design Lab / DYL Consulting)
A passionate advocate for design, driven by a belief in its transformative power, Navyug Mohnot sees endless possibilities and exciting futures for individuals and organisations. As the only Stanford-trained Designing Your Life Educator for Universities, DYL Coach, and certified Facilitator (all three) in the world, he is on a mission to bring this framework to people of all ages. He is the CEO of QAI, a transnational process improvement consulting organisation, and the Founder and CEO of QGLUE, a design consulting, coaching, and training firm.
An IIT Delhi alumnus, Navyug completed his MS in the USA and was pursuing a PhD there when he decided to return to India in the early stages of the IT revolution, driven by a deep commitment to contributing to the nation’s growth. He was later recognised for that work with the Outstanding Contribution to National Development award from the IIT Delhi Alumni Association. Over 30-plus years, a lifetime of professional and personal experimentation has led him to a deep immersion in Stanford University’s Designing Your Life framework, though long before he encountered DYL he was already living with a designer’s mindset, which continues to serve him today.
Navyug was the first to bring Designing Your Life to Indian universities, introducing DYL at Ashoka University and going on to teach it at institutions including NID and ISB. He has also set up the Life Design Foundation, which aims to equip students to design and build their futures and to encourage educators and institutions to embrace holistic growth and future-thinking in higher education. A Harvard-certified leadership coach, he sits on the boards of several companies, has played leadership roles in TiE and NASSCOM including co-chairing TiECon 2015, and has given a TEDx talk on “Manifesting Desires and Embracing Contradictions”. He runs a film club and aspires to direct a feature film, maintains a dedicated meditation practice, and holds a deep appreciation for artistic expression across media. For those seeking to create a more intentional future, in life or at work, he offers a rare blend of wisdom, creativity, and real-world insight.
