Ashoka University

Neerja is an IIM Ahmedabad alumna and English Literature graduate from Lady Shri Ram College, with over a decade of experience in learning, career development, and student preparation. Prior to joining Ashoka University, she worked with SOIL School of Business Design as Assistant Director, Career Readiness and Brand Building at Masters’ Union, MDI Gurgaon, designing and delivering career-readiness interventions across Consulting, BFSI, IT, startups, and emerging sectors. A double JRF awardee and six-time NET qualifier, she is particularly interested in bridging liberal arts education with real-world organizational challenges through critical thinking, problem-solving, and interview preparation.
