Neil has always been inquisitive about the world around him. He decided to pursue his undergraduate in Culinary Arts and Business in New Zealand. After the degree, he had a brush with brewing and working at a bar. After a few months with a corporate events company, he decided to start his own small business, Happening Holidays, which encourages a meaningful interaction between the destination and the guest. Neil has adapted the Appalachian dulcimer to the Indian style and is the only person in the country to play it in this style. He has also restored a historically and culturally important music notebook by copying it by hand and then giving it over to the public domain.
