Nidhi Upadhayaya

YIF Class of 2021

BBA
Christ University

Just like most things in life, Nidhi wanted to create visible impacts at a large scale and was hungry for professional growth, so she decided to work in an organisational capacity for 3 years. At the same time, she also completed a post-graduate course while being employed. But one often stops and realises that living busy doesn’t give them their worth. And that reality hit her right after graduation. “What do you truly want to achieve?” She was craving for clarity, and it hit her at about the same time as COVID hit the world. She decided to invest in learning, in breathing one breath at a time, and most importantly, enjoying trusting the process of change. After-all, change was not new to her. From moving cities multiple times in her childhood to navigating the 20s to build herself personally and professionally, only to then stop and build on her ethos, pathos, and everything in between. There’s still a whole lot of unlearning to do before learning and a whole lot of being before doing. As she ponders, you can find her exploring music, vehemently discussing politics, and crying while watching social issues documentaries.
