Nikita Kaushik

Master’s in Clinical Psychology; Specialised Degree & Training in Rehabilitation Psychology

Nikita is a Rehabilitation Psychologist with extensive experience in supporting children and youth with disabilities. Her academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Science from Lady Irwin College, University of Delhi, followed by a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and a specialized degree and training in Rehabilitation Psychology. She is currently pursuing a diploma in Educational Institute Management and Administration. This helps her to bridge the gap between clinical practice and inclusive institutional development, ensuring her work is informed by both psychological insight and a deep understanding of the disability sector within academic settings. 

Her professional journey has evolved from working in high-performance, intellectually demanding environment of the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta (IIMC), to deeply person-centered roles in special education settings. In her capacity as a Psychologist, Nikita has developed a comprehensive skill set in conducting psychological assessments, delivering therapeutic interventions and counselling, and collaborating with families, educators and multidisciplinary teams; she moves beyond traditional clinical boundaries to foster environments where diversity is embraced. These experiences have solidified her commitment to inclusive education and ardour for creating supportive learning environments where diverse learners are empowered to thrive and reach their full potential. Her work is defined by a commitment to dignity and accessibility, ensuring that every learner feels seen, supported, and empowered to thrive.
