Nithya Menon

Nithya holds an undergraduate degree in English, Journalism and Psychology. She interned across media and development sectors during her undergraduate studies, encouraging her to pursue a two-year fellowship with the NGO Teach For India. She has worked with children from at-risk communities and has received rigorous training in covering human-centric stories. She hopes that through YIF and leveraging its endless opportunities, she will be able to upskill herself and channel her passion in a high-impact manner. Through YIF, she plans to utilise the multidisciplinary education to upskill herself in leadership abilities, critical thinking and writing while discovering a career path best suited to my strengths and aspirations.
