Nitin holds an undergraduate degree in Commerce from Sri Guru Nanak Dev Khalsa College, University of Delhi. He also holds a MBA from D.C.R.U.S.T Sonipat. After his undergraduate, he decided to contribute towards society with a focus on educating the marginalized communities. With this aim, he founded a non-profit organization, Spread Smile Foundation, in 2019 in his hometown Sonipat, Haryana. Since then, he has been working for the upliftment of the marginalized communities in various sectors along with educating children. He also daily volunteers at animal shelters, and is fond of cycling and yoga. Through YIF, he wishes to widen his horizon and learn effective ways from the experts to contribute in the social impact sector and possibly make a career in public policy.
