Anil Kasturi is a senior partner at AZB & Partners. He has extensive experience in advising international and domestic clients, including large multinationals, private equity funds and venture capital companies on all aspects of corporate and commercial laws. He has wide-ranging experience in public takeovers, M&A transactions, private equity investments and exits, joint ventures, complex restructuring of businesses, as well as private client practice.
Anil has been consistently named in several reputed international legal publications including Chambers Global, Who’s Who Legal, Asia Law Profiles. He is also a part of the Strategic Working Group on Private Equity & Venture Capital set up by the US-India Strategic Partnership Forum.
Anil holds a BA LLB from the National Law School of India University.
Nivedita Tiwari is a senior partner at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. She has represented numerous private equity and sovereign wealth funds and leading international and Indian corporates on structuring investments, formulating entry and exit strategies, advising on governance and restructuring of businesses; as well as entrepreneurs in establishing and growing new businesses. Her industry experience includes manufacturing, infrastructure and logistics, retail, real estate and hospitality, financial services, media and broadcasting, amongst others.
Nivedita has been consistently ranked in several reputed international legal publications including Chambers Asia, Who’s Who Legal and Legal 500 Asia Pacific.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from St Stephen’s College and an LLB from the University of Delhi.
