Assistant Professor (Research) and NMR Faculty Incharge, Trivedi School of Bioscience, Ashoka University
PhD from the University of Texas at Dallas
Postdoctoral work at the Wexner Medical Center at Ohio State University
Dr. Niyati Jain is an Assistant Professor at Trivedi School of Biosciences, Ashoka University.
Dr. Jain’s research centers on RNA structural biology, using solution-state NMR spectroscopy to understand how RNA structure and dynamics shape biological function. Her group studies functional non-coding RNAs and regulatory RNA elements, and how these molecules recognize proteins and small-molecule ligands combining NMR with RNA biochemistry, molecular biology, and biophysical approaches.
