Ashoka University

Padmaja Gaikwad holds a B.Sc. in Psychology from Ashoka University, with a concentration in Entrepreneurial Leadership and Strategy, and was awarded Magna Cum Laude in 2024. She also completed the Ashoka Scholars Programme, with additional coursework in Mandarin Chinese and Performing Arts.

Her interests lie in education, psychology, student development, and the performing arts. She has experience across educational and not-for-profit organisations, with a focus on student engagement, programme coordination, and administration.

Padmaja is an alumna of the Ananta Aspen Emerging Leaders Fellowship and was a recipient of the Global Competence Certificate Scholarship Programme, supported by Education New Zealand and Massey University.
