Papa CJ is a world-renowned stand-up comedian, executive coach, author and speaker whose work brings together humour, communication, creativity and leadership. An MBA from the University of Oxford, he has worked across cultures in more than 30 countries and has coached leaders and teams at over 50 global blue-chip organisations. He has also spoken at Harvard Business School and contributed to the Harvard Business Review.

Recognised as one of the pioneers of English-language stand-up comedy in India, Papa CJ has performed thousands of shows across the world, including at Broadway in New York and the Sydney Opera House. He has received recognition as Asia’s Best Stand-up Comedian and India’s Best Stand-up Comedian, and was also conferred the India’s Top Mind Award for Leadership Development and Executive Coaching in 2023.

Beyond the stage and boardroom, Papa CJ is the author of the autobiography Naked and is deeply engaged in philanthropic initiatives through his Happiness Project. His work reflects a distinctive belief in the power of storytelling, humour and authentic human connection to inspire people and create meaningful impact.
