She has rich experience of over 24 years in the Aviation and Hospitality Industry having worked as part of the core leadership team with some of the finest Airlines and Hotels in India. She played a prominent role in crafting IndiGo Airlines as a brand. She has been instrumental in setting up training academies for IndiGo Airlines & OYO Rooms and lead the L&D initiatives PAN India and the Asia Pacific. Awarded prestigious CLO award in Gold & Silver category two years in a row for Customer Service and Personality development programs. Awarded for leading special soft skills training program for police personnel of Rashtrapati Bhawan.
