Pramod Bhasin founded Genpact in 1997 and served as the President and CEO until 2011. Pramod previously headed up GE Capital in India and Asia. He is currently building The Skills Academy, a pioneering institute to enhance employability, especially in the unorganised sector.
Pramod serves on several boards, including NDTV and Bank of India and the governing boards of educational institutions such as IIM Lucknow, Lady Shri Ram College, and Shri Ram School. Pramod holds a Bachelors degree from Shri Ram College of Commerce and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
