Prerna was born in a village in Haryana. She also lived there until she was eight when her parents decided to send her to a residential school (because of the lack of facilities in the village). She studied at Motilal Nehru School of Sports and later went on to get a graduate degree in Physics from St. Stephen’s College. She has interests ranging from science to politics and history to artificial intelligence. She is a vanilla at reading, a beginner at meditation and likes playing basketball and meeting new people. She has recently started modelling as well. Through YIF, Prerna aspires to recognise and live up to her full potential. In her words, “I know I have it me to fly and the only thing I seek from YIF is that it becomes the wind beneath my wings.”
