Priyanka’s upbringing made her realise that there is a dearth of awareness on various social issues in the society and that improvement is heavily needed in the present education system. Having keen interest in theatrics and undertaken various awareness programs/sessions from a very young age laid foundations for her to start her own Ed-Tech startup – DHANAK- “Where Art is Re-Engineered”, at the age of 22, with the aim to improve quality of education through STEM, experiential learning and arts among all sections. Nevertheless, working towards such social issues helped her understand the importance of education at the grassroots level and instilling qualities that of a problem solver. Her goal is to attain a position so as to bring about a positive change in other lives and work for a better tomorrow, thus motivating her to pursue higher education in liberal arts. She wishes to increase her skill set to solve the problems/challenges of today. She is interested in studying entrepreneurship, psychology, philosophy, science and religion for further research work and hopes to achieve success in her startup. She is looking forward to the Fellowship in terms of guidance, exposure and pushing herself to limits.
