Rafiya has always been passionate about working for a cause. She has worked in various organizations catering to social development. As the Research and Development Head at Enactus Kirori Mal College, she spearheaded a mental health initiative, organizing therapy sessions on a pro-bono basis with the help of mental health professionals. She has also worked on various projects on social entrepreneurship, policy analysis, gender-based research, etc., with organizations like the Dept. of Science and Technology, Govt. of India, WWF – India, etc. Through YIF, she wishes to upskill her capabilities. She hopes to develop a multidisciplinary perspective to view and approach any social issue.
