Rahul believes his engagement with the National Service Scheme, made him think there is much more to explore and formal academia isn’t that effective. After his graduation, he ventured into the arena of filmmaking. He got associated with a cinema group ‘Spandan Pariwar’ working at the grassroots in Maharashtra, where his character was shaped profoundly. Observing, and experiencing the making of a film, made him question things more and also to introspect life rigorously. Through YIF, he hopes to expand his mind, and discover the unknown. He aspires to contribute in human endeavors that would make his life more than just himself. By providing him with resources and allowing him to explore a spectrum of things, he sees himself updating through YIF.
