She has successfully led the HR function, gaining extensive experience in multiple geographic regions. Reema has been instrumental in navigating large-scale mergers & acquisitions and focusing on cultural integration and talent assimilation. She has built leadership teams, transformed HR teams and processes. As a valued member of global leadership teams, Reema has effectively managed global people portfolios, demonstrating her proficiency in overseeing international teams and spearheading various global projects.
Reema is now on the Advisory Board of Sampark Foundation, where she provides guidance, oversight and support to identify necessary expertise and roles in Sampark Foundation to achieve its mission of improving the quality of education for 2 crore children by 2025 across 2 lakh schools in 10 states.
