Rishav believes that a holistic approach plays a significant role in the overall development of an individual, which was one of the reasons why he joined the Young India Fellowship. A civil engineering graduate with an institute silver and an academic enthusiast, he always wanted to explore the genre of policy making and economics. An All India Mathematics Olympiad rank holder, he always wanted to explore his passion for mathematics and apply those in the field of economics and policy making. Rishav has a passion for puzzle solving, especially Sudoku and Rubik’s cube. He has volunteered in different NGOs as an instructor and has realised how important education is for the development of an individual. During his internship at the Indian Oil Corporation, he discovered his yearnings towards leadership and management. He wants to explore the genres of policy making and management to be a change maker in the domain of education in India. During his free time, he loves playing violin.
