Rohit is a relativist and, as an individual, he loves to explore new places, cultures, and options. He spent a part of his childhood in the villages, which has sparked his willingness to serve the people. He comes from Indore that is stationed in the foothills of Vindhyachal Ranges. Due to this, nature and wildlife always hold a special place in his heart. In the last two years, he has spent considerable time in the villages of Gujarat and Rajasthan. While working in the field of common pool resources and natural resource-based livelihood, and staying with different communities, he has imbibed a practical understanding of the reality. His future endeavors lie in the field of social development, environment conservation, natural resource-based livelihood, and research. Rohit likes to recite and write poetry. He has a keen interest in political science, history, and international relations. The curiosity and willingness to learn got him to join the Young India Fellowship which is a great platform for him to learn, unlearn, and explore himself and the world better.
