Rusha is a former Young India Fellow. She completed her undergraduate studies at Miranda House and holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from the Department of Political Science, University of Delhi. Trained in political science and qualitative research, her interests lie in higher education processes, research-led learning, and fostering inclusive academic environments. She is currently engaged in academic coordination and postgraduate student support.
