Saahil Goel

Saahil Goel is an entrepreneur who has spent the last decade building technology for India’s fast-growing digital economy. He co-founded Shiprocket Ltd with the aim of building the digital rails for India’s long-tail of merchants. Today, Shiprocket serves over 400,000 businesses and powers tens of millions of monthly transactions, providing shipping, fulfilment, marketing, payments and post-purchase technology that helps small businesses operate with greater efficiency and reliability. Saahil is particularly focused on how AI can expand access to sophisticated tools and decision systems, making advanced technology available to every entrepreneur and not only large companies.

After completing his MS and MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, he returned to India with a deep interest in how software, data and automation can reshape the way small businesses operate. His early career in consulting and systems design built his foundation in solving operational problems and understanding how technology can simplify complex, everyday workflows.

Saahil is passionate about entrepreneurship as a driver of mobility and opportunity in India. He spends time working with founders, students and young operators, encouraging them to think ambitiously about technology and its role in shaping India’s future. His broader goal is to help create platforms and tools that make it easier for anyone, regardless of background, to start, operate and scale a business in the digital economy.
