A degree in English Literature with Psychology has helped Saman view the world from a multifaceted lens, acquire a flexible mindset, where she listens patiently before drawing any conclusions. She believes in an empathetic world where people respect and help each other grow. She loves to read books and binge films and series and combines both of these in writing research papers with her peers, that theorize her far fetched ideas like “Gossip Girl” being a Christie-esque detective fiction and “October” being an exercise in Romantic poetry of Keats and Shelley. Although shy and a little socially awkward, she can be coaxed out with the promise of chai and a good conversation. Aware of her socio-economic background, Saman understands the transformative power of education.
