Sathiyan hails from a semi urban town Gobichettipalayam, which is a sight of scenic beauty, especially for a person whose leisure comes from cycling around. Through his experience as a Senior Engineer, working for the Automotive Steering Design team in Robert Bosch and with the knowledge gathered pursuing Mechanical Engineering, he has not only learnt the various aspects of professional life, but also has been inspired to keep himself socially and politically aware. He never shied away from asking the right questions and would be thrilled to be a part of healthy debates. He loves to learn and discuss various topics like politics, governance and international relations to mention a few.
